Our leaders represent a diverse and distinguished community of scholars, pastors, administrators, and visionaries who work together to empower institutions, uplift Christian education, and uphold biblical truth.

Guided by a passion for integrity, academic rigor, and spiritual formation, the NTA leadership provides strategic direction, promotes institutional development, and ensures our standards reflect both global best practices and Pentecostal convictions. Each leader plays a vital role in building partnerships, mentoring theological educators, and nurturing the next generation of Christian leaders.

Bishop Dr Stanley Jose

Chairman Bishop Dr M. Stanley Jose is the founding and presiding bishop of Christ Lutheran Church, Chennai. As Chairman of NTA, he brings deep ecclesial authority, theological scholarship, and global ecumenical engagement. A national committee member of the United Evangelical Lutheran Churches in India (UELCI) and a leader in the Lutheran World Federation, he champions inclusive ministry, vocational education, and community transformation.

Vice Chairman. F. Joseph Martin

F. Joseph Martin brings over 40 years of experience in cross-cultural mission training and global discipleship. He holds an M.Div from London Seminary and an M.Th from the University of Wales, UK. As Secretary of the North India Outreach Society (New Delhi) and CEO of Outreach Centre in Dehradun, he has been instrumental in mobilizing grassroots evangelism and leadership development across North India. A widely traveled leader and international mission coach with Keystone Project, South Dakota, USA, Mr. Martin is known for equipping emerging Christian leaders with a vision for transformative ministry. His wisdom, international experience, and heart for indigenous missions make him a vital part of the NTA executive team.

President. Dr Roshan Tanu Jamphale

Dr Roshan Tanu Jamphale serves as the President of the National Theological Association, offering over three decades of experience in ministry, theological education, and institutional leadership. He is the Managing Director of Holistic World Seminaries (HWS), Founder-Principal of Holistic Theological Seminary (HTS), Nagpur, and a visiting professor at Maharashtra Institute of Technology & Science (MITS). Formerly a presbyter with the Church of North India (CNI), Dr Roshan has served in various significant leadership roles, including Vice President of the Diocese of Nagpur, Secretary of the Nagpur Diocesan Court and Trust Association, and as a member of the governing board of the United Theological Seminary of Maharashtra (UTSM), Pune. He is also the founder of several Christian missions and initiatives, including the Holistic Welfare Society and Liberation of Villagers Evangelisation Mission India (LOVEMI). With a strong passion for empowering Dalits, first-generation Christians, and the underprivileged, Dr Roshan brings a prophetic voice and compassionate leadership to NTA’s mission of biblical, Spirit-led education.

Vice President. Prof Dr Rajan

Prof Dr Rajan, based in Malaysia, serves as Vice President of NTA. A visionary leader and theological bridge-builder, he nurtures global partnerships, supports member institutions in Southeast Asia, and represents NTA’s mission with cross-cultural insight and Christ-centered leadership.

General Secretary. Dr Anish N. R.

Dr Anish N. R. is the General Secretary of the National Theological Association and the visionary founder behind its Spirit-led mission. As the chief executive leader, he provides spiritual and strategic oversight to all departments, initiatives, accreditation processes, publications, and global partnerships. A dynamic theologian, reformer, and administrator, Dr Anish has laid the foundation for NTA’s distinctive accreditation model rooted in biblical truth, evangelical conviction, and academic integrity. His unwavering commitment to Christ and the Church has transformed NTA into a movement that strengthens theological institutions and equips the Body of Christ for Kingdom impact. “NTA stands today as a movement of Spirit-empowered institutions because of the obedience, faith, and unwavering commitment of its Founder to the call of God.”

Executive Member. Dr K Devaraj

Dr K Devaraj, a former Registrar of ACTS Academy in Bengaluru, brings strong experience in academic governance and spiritual mentorship. His deep commitment to Christian education and institutional leadership strengthens NTA’s theological mission across India.

Prof Dr K Michael Brown

Director of Membership & Engagement Dr Michael Brown leads NTA’s membership development and engagement. With experience in both education and pastoral ministry, he ensures consistent communication and collaboration among member institutions, fostering Spirit-led academic partnerships.

Rev. Dr. Pradeep Chandra Mishra

Associate Director – Academic Affairs Rev. Dr. Pradeep Chandra Mishra serves as Associate Director of Academic Affairs at NTA. With his experience as a theological educator at United Theological School (UTS), Cuttack, he supports academic evaluation, curriculum assistance, and institutional review processes. His service strengthens NTA’s commitment to quality theological education across regional contexts.

Advisor. Prof Dr Clive Jacobsen

Advisor / Executive Member Prof Dr Clive Jacobsen is a seasoned biblical scholar and pastor, known for his decades-long commitment to evangelical teaching, pastoral ministry, and theological leadership. As Advisor and Executive Member of NTA, he offers profound spiritual counsel, doctrinal insight, and academic oversight. His influence enriches the integrity, depth, and faithfulness of NTA’s mission in theological education.
